First, u may need setup Price Category into your system to preceed next step
Step: General Maintenance > Price Category Maintenance > Press NEW

*Insert Price Category Code & Description
*Press OK after insert done.

After price category created will be listed here.+

Next, go to Debtor Maintenance > Edit each of Debtor Information to classify the Price Category.
Step: Debtor Maintenance > Select Debtor > Edit > Others Tab > Select Price Category option

*After selected, Press Save.

Next, go to Stock > More Stock Maintenance > Item Price Book Maintenance
Step:
Tick the checkbox – Item Code, Select Item Code and UOM
Tick the checkbox – Price Category, Select Price category option.
Press EDIT button.

After select done, u may key the special selling price into Fixed Price Column.
Example:
Price Category: PC01
Special Selling Price: RM95.00

Fixed Price inserted, Press OK.

After setup Item Price Book by Price Category 01,
When users create a new transaction, select debtor under Price Category 01,
the Item Price will follow Item Price Book.

Others debtor that not classify under ANY price category or not under Price category 01,
The unit price will follow the Item Standard Selling Price (Item > Details > UOM Details)

*300-D005, Debtor 05(PRICE CATEGORY) classify under Price Category 02

*300-D001, Debtor 01 not under any Price category group.

Note:
If using Price category to setup this Item Price Book, users need to classify debtors one by one.
(Debtor Maintenance > Edit > Others > Select Price Category)
