Login to AutoCount Accounting,

1. Go to Point of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Setting Maintenance

2. Edit the default terminal

3. Then, user needs to edit POS User Group Maintenance by going to Point of Sale > Maintenance > POS User Group Maintenance

4. At POS, in order for the cashier to sell items below minimum selling price, they will need to ask for their supervisor password, or else they will be prompt error message if they unable to provide the password

5. To restrict direct access for supervisors, users can modify the 'ADMINS' group in the system. To do this, follow the steps in Step 3, but select the option to edit the user group ID for 'ADMINS'. Go to Point of Sale > Maintenance > POS User Group > Select 'ADMINS' > Edit

6. Even if the supervisor enters the correct password at the POS, the system still displays an error message, preventing them from selling items below the minimum selling price due to lack of access rights
