Credit Note
A credit note is a document sent by a seller to its buyer or, in other words, a vendor to the customer, notifying that a credit has been provided to their account against the goods returned by the buyer.
Step: Sales > Credit Note

Click on Create a New Credit Note.
*Select the Debtor Code.
*Click " + " to select Item Code.

*Select Transfer Document > Transfer from Invoice

*Select Partial Item Transfer Tab
*Notes: Credit Note should be transfer from Sales Invoice Entry.

*The item that you transfer from Invoice Entry will listed there.
*Press Save & Preview button.

Report will be listed below: -

Credit Note will be posted directly to A/R Credit Note Entry when Credit Note transaction saved.

User may go to Stock > Stock Card report to check your return Quantity.
