Serial No
This module allows items control with serial numbers.
*Available on Ultimate Edition ONLY (VER 1.9).
Step: Go to Tools > Program Control > Module Setting

*Tick the checkbox - Serial No. to enable it.

First,
*Go to Stock > Stock Item Maintenance
*Select the item and click 'Edit'

*Tick the column - Controlled by Serial No

*Press OK.

Purchases of items with Serial No
Go to Purchase > Purchase Invoice
*Select item code with serial No.
*Press Serial Number button

*Click on '+' sign
*User may use one of the following methods to insert NEW Serial No into system:
✔️ Key in the Starting S/N and Ending S/N
✔️ Scan the Serial Number Barcode

↪️Quantity will be automatically filled after key in / scan.
*Press Close.

*After insert Serial No, Quantitty will appear into Qty column automatically.

*Click Save and Preview.

Report will show as listed below: -

Sale of Items with Serial No.
Go to Sales >Invoice
*Select Item Code with Serial No.

*After select Item Code, the following table will be displayed: -

*Click on '+' sign
*User may use one of the following methods to select serial number during sales transaction:
✔️Key in manually the Starting S/N and Ending S/N (If Starting S/N to Ending S/N are continuous)
✔️Scan the Serial Number Barcode
✔️Double click on the Serial No from Available Serial Number list.

↪️Quantity will be automatically filled after key in / scan.
*Press Close.

*After select serial number, quantity will appear automatically.

*Click Save and Preview.

Report will show as listed below: -

Item Opening Balance Maintenance
*To setup the item opening balance qty by Serial No.(if any)
Step: Go to Stock >Item Opening Balance Maintenance
*Select the filter options > Click Apply Filter> Click Auto Generate Opening Balance By Filter Criteria.
*Press Serial No column

Click on '+' sign and key in the Starting and Ending S/N (system will fill in QTY automatically)
*Press Close.

Click Save.

Click OK.

Available Serial Number Inquiry
Step: Inquiry >Available Serial Number Inquiry
*Select the item code with serial number and all Serial No that haven't selling out will be listed.
*Users may use this function to check the available serial No here.

Serial Number Transaction Inquiry
Step: Inquiry > Serial Number Transaction Inquiry
*Select the Item Code > Serial Number> Inquiry

*After press Inquiry, all the transaction details of such Serial Number will be listed here.
