Stock Issue
This is to record the issuance of stock item (that was taken out from warehouse) for any reason other than sales.
Step: Go to Stock > Stock Issue

Click on Create a New Stock Issue

*Click + sign to select Item Code and UOM
*Key in qty and Unit Price that want to issue out.
*Update Unit Cost with Standard Cost: Update the field of Unit Cost of selected item with Standard Cost.
*Update Unit Cost with Up-To-Date Cost: Update the field of Unit Cost of selection item with Up to date cost.

Press Save and Preview button.

Report will be listed below: -

View Stock card report after create Stock Issue Entry.

Result: After Stock issue, the item quantity will be decrease.
